No. Woopz integrates with your existing retail systems, so your team does not maintain product information in yet another platform.
Woopz retrieves data from systems such as your POS, ERP, PIM, inventory platform or ecommerce solution. As long as the information in your source systems is accurate and synchronised, what Woopz shows stays up to date.
This removes duplicate work and makes Woopz a natural extension of your existing technology setup.
What screen sizes are available?
Woopz runs on Android-based devices and adapts to a variety of screen formats. The most popular configurations are 10-inch and 15-inch screens, which balance visibility, usability and use of store space.
Newland is our preferred hardware supplier, and the standard solution is optimised for selected Newland devices. Other Android hardware and non-standard formats can be supported, though additional implementation or customisation costs may apply.
Is Woopz difficult to install?
No. Terminals mount directly onto store shelving with our custom-developed, space-saving brackets, and can also be installed on walls, counters, pillars and other surfaces.
Woopz supports Power over Ethernet, a standard 12V power adapter and Wi-Fi, depending on the hardware and store setup.
Installation can be done by the Woopz installation team, your own employees, or an approved third-party store-fitting partner.
How does support work?
Woopz provides support during agreed service hours and can remotely access and manage deployed terminals.
Remote device management lets our team troubleshoot, update configurations and resolve most issues without an on-site visit, which keeps downtime low across your stores.

How can I measure usage and performance?
Woopz collects interaction data from your terminals and can combine it with sales and POS data to show how the solution is used.
That includes product searches, product views, price lookups, customer interactions, recommendations shown, products ordered through the solution, usage by store or terminal, and the connection between kiosk activity and sales.
You get weekly reports with the key usage and performance insights. For deeper analysis, Woopz integrates with Zoined so its data can sit inside your wider retail analytics dashboard.
